There’s an old joke when it comes to wilderness survival:
You don’t have to outrun the bear; you just have to outrun your buddy.
Funny as that is, it got me to thinking about bugging out.
When you’re on the move, you still have to keep your devices charged, if you’re going to use them as a communications lifeline.
And that means you’ve got to be able to charge up ON THE GO, something that most solar chargers can’t do!
That’s why I want to tell you about…
You already know that a simple battery pack isn’t enough for a long-term emergency.
Once the battery runs out, you’re out of juice and back where you started.
There are solar panel chargers on the market that can help, but they’re basically single panels, either small ones (the size of a phone) or big flat ones the size of a sheet of paper.
The small ones are sort of mobile, but don’t produce enough power because they’re so little.
The big ones aren’t mobile.
And if you’re going to be bugging out on the move, you need a solar panel charger that you can attach by magnets to your car, hang from your backpack, or even just put on the dash… that has enough surface area to generate real juice.
That’s why I replaced all my solar chargers with this one.
It has not one, not two, not three, but FOUR panels.
You can fold it up to the size of a small tablet when you’re not using it — and it has a built in super-bright LED flashlight.
When you want to charge with it, you unfold it and either hang it, attach it with its built-in magnets, or carry it with you so you can charge while you move!
(You could hang it from the back of your bugout bag, for example.)
As soon as I got this, it replaced all of my other solar chargers — and it can do the same for you.
I’ll never be stranded in a crisis again – and NEVER run out of power (unless the sun goes dark, but that’s an entirely different email…)
Be safe out there!
