I’ll keep this real quick: if you’re planning on starting a garden, or you already have, you’re not alone.
LOTS of people have started gardens because of the problems we had with food shortages during the pandemic…
…and, hey, it’s summer, so lots of people are just gardening anyway, right?
Here’s the thing, though:
In a real emergency, your neighbors can see your garden.
That means that if they’re desperate for food, they’re just going to RAID your garden like so many overgrown deer or rabbits.
And if they’re REALLY desperate, they’re NOT going to be nice about it, you know?
One way to get around this is to grow an INDOOR garden.
That means basic hydroponics.
But the thing is, getting started with hydroponics is actually REALLY EASY.
It doesn’t take a lot of complicated equipment.
It doesn’t take a lot of power.
And it absolutely doesn’t turn your basement into something out of an episode of “Breaking Bad.”
No, hydroponics are simple, really, and it doesn’t take a lot to get started with them.
Having your garden hidden away could really make the difference if you need to RELY on the food you’ve grown to keep your family fed.
Good luck… and happy growing!
